Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for faulty or defective items, in compliance with consumer protection laws.
If you receive a defective product, please notify us as soon as possible (within 3 days) so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution
All returned products will be inspected before approval for a refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method, including Credit Card, Afterpay, Cash.
Refunds typically take 7 to 14 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider’s processing times.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt) to be eligible for an exchange.
No exchanges are allowed on white garments, therefore please choose carefully.
No exchanges or refunds will be provided for clearance items.
